Do I have to be a registered member to buy on julesandjuliette.com?
You do not have to be a registered member in order to shop at www.julesandjuliette.com. You can simply add items to your shopping basket and check out as a guest. We do however encourage you to register as a Jules&Juliette member so you can save information for the next time you visit the site, such as contact details and delivery address. You will also be able to track your order or review your order history with us if you are a registered member.

Does Jules&Juliette giftwrap?
Yes, we are happy to giftwrap your products free of charge for any special occasions. Please request this option using the comments area during the checkout process. Please enter the delivery address, if different, along with any ‘personalised’ message you would like attached to the gift

What is the return policy on julesandjuliette.com?
Most items can be exchanged or refunded for any reason provided that they are returned within 7 calendar days of purchase, and are in their original condition, with all the labels and tags attached (for details of how to process returns please refer to the Returns section on the site). Damaged items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order along with the original documention, which arrives with your shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.

What is an exchange or replacement?
By exchange, or replacement, we mean returning an item to receive a different colour or size of the same item of the same value. If this is not available we will contact you and agree on the best solution.

Are there items that are not returnable?
For Hygienic reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Estelle bikinis
Chiara bikinis
Gaston beach shorts

Will julesandjuliette.com send me an order confirmation?
Yes, an order confirmation will be emailed to you once the transaction has been completed. If you have registered your details, a copy of your order confirmation will be saved to your Jules&Juliette account so you may retrieve the transaction information or track your order at any time.

Do I pay any fees or surcharges to Jules&Juliette for shopping online?
No, you will only pay for the price of the items shown on the site along with the delivery costs as detailed in your shopping basket before you check out. If your items are to be delivered outside of the United Arab Emirates, then Customs and other duties may apply. Such duties will be paid to the shipper on delivery.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
No, in the United Arab Emirates most items are not taxed. Items sold on julesandjuliette.com do not therefore have sales taxes added.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit cards (issued by Visa and Mastercard) and most Debit Cards.

Can I email my credit card information to Jules&Juliette?
Your credit card details are your personal information and belong only to you. Please do not email your credit card information to julesandjuliette.com or any of its employees. We will never ask you for your credit card information.

Do you accept International Credit Cards?
Yes, we do accept most international credit cards, but we retain the right to refuse credit cards from certain countries, credit card companies, card issuers and banks.

Do you accept commercial credit cards?
No, we do not accept commercial cards at present.

Are my personal details safe with julesandjuliette.com?
We practice safe e-commerce. We do not store any credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers’ information with any other parties, unless we are required to do so by Law. We do retain customer information for the purposes of communicating future Jules&Juliette promotions and products. We may need to contact you to verify details of big orders as an additional security measure.

Can I buy items from Jules&Juliette by calling your customer service team?
While we are very happy to hear from our customers, we are unable to accept orders over the phone, as we will not accept credit card information over the phone. Security of your transaction is most important to us.

When will my order be sent?
Depending on availability, all orders placed online will be dispatched within two working days.

When will my order arrive?
Please refer to the table in the Orders & Delivery section of the Site. Please note UAE couriers are closed on a Friday. You will be notified of the airway bill number so you can track the progress of your order via the courier company online tracking system. The courier company will contact you directly on the number provided to arrange a suitable date and time of delivery. Delivery may be delayed if they cannot reach you on the contact number provided. Please note occasionally the courier company will say that an address is an “out of service” area and such cases we will inform you of the extra delivery charge that will apply.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries are insured during transit and the courier company will ask for your signature and ID card at the time of delivery.

Can I pick up items that I buy online at Jules&Juliette physical warehouse?
At present it is not possible to pick up items purchased online from our physical store/warehouse.

What should I do if the wrong item was shipped to me?
We ensure that product shipped is what you ordered. If for any reason, the item received is not as ordered please notify us by email on contact@julesandjuliette.com within 2 days of receiving your goods. We we will contact you personally to agree on the best solution – replacement, partial or full refund.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind after ordering?
Please contact us immediately on +971 52 920 54 45 between 10am and 6pm UAE local time, or write to us on contact@julesadnjuliette.com outside the above mentioned hours. Once we have accepted your payment, cancellation is within our sole discretion. However, please note we will not be able to assist you with an order cancellation once your items have been dispatched for delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once you have placed an order, we do not allow for the delivery address to be changed. We apologise if this, in any way, is inconvenient but the security of your transactions are important to us.

What if I forget my password, how do I access my account?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgot password” link and enter your registered email address. You will automatically receive your password from julesandjuliette.com

Can I change my password?
Yes, log into your account and select “change password”.

How do I change my email address?
Log into julesandjuliette.com and click “My Account” link. On Account page, click Change My Email Address link to change your registered eMail.

Can I subscribe to Jules&Juliette Newsletter?
You may choose to receive our Newsletter by adding yourself to our mailing list. This is entirely optional, and you may remove your contact details from our database at anytime. We hope you will join our newsletter so we can let you know first of any promotions, new products, events or competitions.
