What are the delivery time and costs?
In UAE, orders are usually delivered in 1 to 2 business days from placing it, except for weekends, bank holidays or exceptional information delivered by our services. For the rest of the world, you may check below delivery times, depending on your country. You will receive an email confirming the order processing as well as its delivery. During the holiday season, please check with our customer service.
Julesandjuliette.com’s delivery service is covered by our provider UPS, for UAE and the rest of the world. UPS delivery is only insured with the Express option (in order to provide a very rapid delivery service).
Delivery is free in UAE and on certain conditions for the rest of the world. For more details, you may check the below table.
Some countries may not be in the list of the indicated zones and will be included in the zone “Rest of the world”. Upon entering your country of delivery on checkout, the accurate shipping cost will be shown.

Returns, Refunds & Credits
Return Delay & Conditions: You can return any order within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, used, or dirty, or does not meet the return requirements.
Return Process: To return an item, send an email to contact@julesandjuliette.com with your order number and product details. We will then guide you through the return process.
Exchanges: Products bought on www.julesandjuliette.com cannot be exchanged or refunded at Jules & Juliette boutiques or retailers (UAE & worldwide).
Return Options:
Credit Note: A credit note will be available for 6 months on www.julesandjuliette.com.
Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank account or PayPal), excluding return shipping costs, which are at the buyer’s expense.
Delivery Costs: Delivery costs from the original order will not be refunded, except in cases of faulty products or delivery negligence.
Return Processing: Once the returned product is received, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed.

Item Wrapping: Orders are carefully prepared with silk paper, a cotton pouch, and a gift box, ready for gifting. You can specify if your order is a gift.
